Water Interruption -- Gitanga Road, Tuesday 8AM-5PM
Nairobi Water has scheduled maintenance on Gitanga Road water main this Tuesday. Interruption expected 8AM to 5PM. Please store water in advance. Affected areas: Gitanga Road, Denis Pritt Road, Lavington Green Estate. Water tankers will be deployed from 12 noon.
Lavington Neighbourhood Clean-Up -- This Saturday
Join your neighbours this Saturday 8AM at Lavington Green Park for our monthly clean-up drive. Refreshments provided. Bring gloves and good energy! We will be clearing the green, planting trees and cleaning the drainage channels. All ages welcome. See you there!
Security Alert -- Strangers Spotted Near Valley Arcade
Residents please be cautious. Two strangers were seen trying car door handles near Valley Arcade parking at 11pm last night. Please lock your vehicles and report suspicious activity to the estate security guard or call 999. CCTV footage being reviewed.

SECURITY ALERT ā Lavington Residents A suspicious dark-coloured Toyota Probox (no visible number plates) has been spotted slowly cruising Gitanga Road between Lavington Green and Valley Arcade junction between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM on multiple evenings this week. The vehicle slows down near parked cars and residential gates before driving off. At least 2 residents have reported noticing occupants observing properties.
