Automated location confirmation and moderator review. False alerts may lead to account suspension or legal action.
Yes. You must obtain business verification (KES 500 per year) and provide accurate pricing in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Primarily to verify Lavington residency. Location data is retained for 30 days, then anonymized. We do not sell your data.
The public sees your name and neighbourhood. We use your data for service provision only. Authorities can access data only with a lawful legal requirement from Kenyan courts or DCI.
M-Pesa (Buy Goods) and card. All transactions are in KES and inclusive of VAT.
Boosted Posts: No refunds after 1 hour of activation. Business Verification: Prorated refund if your application is rejected by our team.
Direct resolution is encouraged. Community moderators may intervene. We comply with the Kenyan Alternative Dispute Resolution Act.
The Trust Score reflects your reliability as a community member. It is based on verification level, positive interactions, content quality, and time on platform.
Check your internet connection, update the app to the latest version, and clear the app cache. If issues persist, email support@lavingtonpost.com with your device model and OS version.
Go to Profile → Account Security → Delete Account. All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days per the Kenya Data Protection Act. Transaction records are retained for 7 years per KRA requirements.
